Hey there *waves*
How are you guys doing? Yeh yeh, I know. If I read your blogs I'd know, right? *sigh* Just so you know, I DO read 'em, I just don't always comment *grin*
Well, here in my little bit of the world all is...ok. I say it like that as right NOW, it IS ok but I'm keeping a close eye out for things that might NOT be ok...you following me? Nah, me either *sniff*
Moving swiftly onwards...
Mabel (my new car) and I are settling into each just fine. We like to drive around just for the sake of it LOL. Today a friend and I went to look at a possible flat that we are going to share and it was VERY nice and deceptively bigger than we first thought. We're going to think about it for a few days to see if it's what we want and if it's right for us, but I think it could be.
It's one of those things that kind of fall into your lap and fit together like a jigsaw puzzle. My friend has to be out of her current residency by end of May, so we said (once we'd decided we would share digs) we'd start looking for something about beginning of April. As we have never lived together before we thought it wise to try for 6 months and see if we're still friends at the end of it, makes sense don't you think? LOL
Recently my hairdresser came to do my hair and mentioned that she and the boyfriend are going to be looking for a place together, so that would mean her either letting her flat, or selling it. She decided to go with letting...

Sooooo, as she knew I was looking for somewhere she offered it to me first.
Today we saw it. Initially we were concerned that it may be too small as we both want double bedrooms (of course) and as it's a converted semi detached house we didn't think it would be upto much on space.
We needn't have worried as it's quite a spacious place.
Plus it seems that waiting for the next 2 months (until my friends tenancy is up) is good all round as that gives J (the hairdresser) some time to find a new place...and she has decided to leave it part furnished which is good for us! LOL
Hmm, recently I could quite easily say that there's either a good planetary alignment somewhere in the universe, an angel looking after me or just bloody good luck lately as everything seems to be just falling into my lap with ease (as long as it's not hot food or drink, I'm happy with that). Well it's about bleeding time something GOOD started to happen in my world. It's been stagnated for too long now.
oooh now then, what else...
ooh yeh, I have decided in my arsehole fuckwittedness to *cough* better my (retarded) mathematics (of about zero) to something I can (hopefully, pleeeease Gods above pleeeeease...) be (kind of) proud of to put on a cv to enable me to get better job.
In a sick fuckwit way (that I'm so good at) I find myself enjoying the process of mathematics =o. I never thought I would say that. I always hated maths at school, but that was mainly because a) I was shy and wouldn't ask and b) the teacher never seemed interested in us 'mathtarded' kids and now I find myself loving it, yet hating it. Of course at the moment I'm just helping myself via a book...but at some point I'll be enrolling for a course. Bizarre.
I have an appointment with the 'Head doctor' (ie counsellor) tomorrow, so that starts the process of talking about issues I don't talk about (or have never spoken about) so that MUST be good, right? *looks pensive*
I know it's going to be difficult, but hell it HAS to be done. I just can't go on like I have been and it's high time i got the shit cleared from my head. I'm tired of carrying luggage all the time.
Uh and that's it for now...no doubt I'll be back again soon so behave yourselves LOL
