In a couple of weeks time my housemate goes away on her holidays, leaving me here by my lonesome for 2 weeks.
Logically it's no different than when I was living with the parents and they went on their holidays. I would enjoy my time alone, take full advantage of it and then expect them back.
This time is different however, as because I'm living in my own place I'm now getting concerned that I will enjoy living here by myself so much that I'll resent it when she comes back LOL
Of course, most of my time will be spent at work but even the thought of coming home to my own place and no-one else being there gives me a little frisson of excitement. *sigh*
Crikey it makes me sound as though I don't like my housemate, but I do! We have a right laugh and enjoy each others company. It's just that I LIKE being by myself and having the place ALLLL to myself...she doesn't LOL.
Sooo, what shall I do with myself...?
